Returns and exchanges Policy We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new and unworn condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. You must call our offices and get a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). Exchanges will incur a restocking fee of 20%. Returns for refunds will incur a 25% restocking fee. Credits will be issued less the restocking fee. Return items that have been worn or are missing all original tags and packaging WILL NOT be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer, at their expense. Returns and exchanges must be received in our offices within seven (7) days from date of receipt for US customers. NO returns are allowed for international customers. Exchange items will be sent by US Postal Service. Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for US customers. Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. Exchanges requested by courier will incur an extra charge of $24.00 USD being the difference between airmail and courier charge to your destination. Shipping and handling fees are NEVER refundable. No special order items will be exchanged or refunded. There are NO exceptions to this return policy. Please review it carefully before ordering. By placing an order through our shopping cart you AGREE FULLY with the enclosed policies and further agree not to dispute them by any means. How to make a return or exchange Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address. If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we do not see your card details from the original sale, nor do we store customer credit card information. Additional purchases are then billed through Pay Pal credit card services. You must provide us with a valid credit card for shipping for ALL exchanges and returns. Refunds are processed through the same method as the original payment. If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, please place an order via our website, noting in the comments that it is an exchange. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately and your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.
