According to dermatologists, lack of sleep could increase your body’s stress hormones, which puts you at higher risk of inflammatory skin problems like severe acne and psoriasis. On top of that, lack of sleep worsens your existing skin problems.
Sleep deprivation also causes your skin to become dry and less resistant to diseases.
- Regular Exercise
Regular exercises will improve your blood circulation which in turn help your skin regenerate new skin cells. Even sweating helps you to maintain good health. Blood carries necessary things that our skin needs – including oxygen and nutrients. When we exercise, these nutrients are being carried more efficiently.
When we sweat, the dirt, grime and excess oils that has lodged deep into our pores will be flushed out, giving you a healthy glow.
